Job content and missions:

Reporting to the Technical Manager - and as part of the hotline team, you take on the following responsibilities:

  • Provide phone assistance and remote PC support, send e-mails to the Group's subsidiaries and international customers when installing and configuring PCs, PC-based touchscreens & EPOS, together with accessories and peripherals (printers, barcode scanners, etc.) at both hardware and operating system level (Windows).
  • Identify the reason of equipment failures - and -  when needed, transfer the case to the After Sales Department
  • Monitor the technical evolution of products, drivers and utilities
  • Update the technical website
  • Technical support of subsidiaries with occasional trips abroad


You have a higher education in electronics and computer science (French BTS level) and a 3 to 5 year experience acquired in POS and/or industrial sectors.

You are versatile, adaptable and used to demanding international work environments

You have basic Windows and IT network knowledge

Fluent English required

Position to be filled as soon as possible

Remuneration according to profile - Non-Executive status
