The top-end configuration of this POS system for retail allows up to 21 communication ports. A RAID 1 controller card integrated directly into the motherboard plus SATA disk drives offers optimum protection of sensitive data, with automatic hot-swap backup - a godsend in the event of malfunction of one of the hard disks of the POS system for retail. A control screen on the front of the device displays real-time system status and provides useful information on hardware in all equipped points of sale. When used with POSLIGNE®'s OLC 15 LCD touch screen, the retail PC Poséo functions as the nerve centre of an ultra-high-performance modular EPoS system hardware.
